Description
South facing dome composed of weathered limestone slabs split by a massive roof a few hundred feet past Shangri La. The formation is between 350 and 400 feet high. Bolted climbing with an alpine feel.
Getting There
Approach up the drainage as for Shangri La. Once you are passed this crag cross the creek bed and then cross back. You will be below a small ridge with a low cliff on the upstream side. Hike up this until it is possible to cross onto a scree slope. Traverse the hillside below the cliff, scrambling across several small slabs until you are below the formation. Quest up one of the gullies to reach the base of whichever route your interested in climbing. It possible to go directly up the scree from the creek bed below the routes. This is kinda miserable.
