Description

A great place to get in some routes if you're passing through or staying in San Luis Potosí. Most routes seemed to be in the 5.8 to 5.10- region with a few being a little more difficult. Shade can be found the majority of the day and the approach is short and straightforward.

Getting There

Simply drive to El Peaje dam and park in the large dirt parking lot just off of the road (22.093278, -101.099524). From here, walk across the dam with the blue railings guiding you on each side. Go down the ladder, walk across the dam and go up the next ladder. From here you will find the approach trail that takes you to the crag. The crag will be easily visible from the parking area as well as while you are walking to it.
