Description

Nice area that is in the shade, would be quite comfortable in the summer heat. Around 25 routes here, most are fairly difficult (VIII's and IX's with a few VII's mixed in)

Getting There

Quite likely the easiest to reach crag without a car. You can take the train from Nürnberg to the Velden(b Hersbruck) stop, then it is about a 2 minute walk to the crag. If you are driving you'll just want to park in the station parking lot anyways. Coming from the station, go right along the road into the woods. Going left will take you into the town. Right after getting in the woods there will be a marked path splitting off uphill to the left. Follow this path about a minute or two to the wall.
