Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

Small rock toward the north boundary of MDLT property/Nancy Karl Trail.

Getting There

Park at Nancy Karl Trailhead, take the trail south, trending west, bend around the rock mound (passing First Face) and follow the foot path north/northwest.
