The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
An enormous boulder with a solitary route on it's north face - Stinking Majestic which is a little crunchy but fun.
Getting There
Approach as for Vector Rock and you will find this enormous boulder sitting roughly 50 meters north of and in front of that formation.
