Description
A handful of easy boulders, seconds from the road. Great for both the crack and sporty boulderers alike. South facing so gets all day sun in the winter and can easily be walked to even with Iron Mt. Road gate is closed.
Getting There
As described on the "1st pigtail bridge boulders" page, park at the edge of the bypass road labeled with a "road closed" sign or alternatively, take the main road and park just after the pigtail bridge ends where you will see a pullout on the left side of the road. From here, walk up the road just 150ft from the parking area and look for a cluster of aspen trees on your left. Through these you will see a small wall where you can walk uphill for a minute and find the boulders.
