Description
Hermit's Hideout is a short, round conglomerate puddingstone boulder off to the left of Hermit's Cave. It partially rests on another small rock creating a substantial crawlspace with some good potential for overhang/roof climbing. There are a few easy-to-moderate problems that start close to the lip, but there is also potential for some very hard problems starting deep in the crawlspace.
Getting There
Hermit's Hideout is on the far left side of the boulder scramble that is the Hermit's Cave Area. If you're facing the Hermit's Cave problem with Hammond Pond Parkway on your right, walk about 100 feet to your left. You will quickly reach Hermit's Hideout directly off to the right of the trail.
