Description

A large boulder, hidden behind a wall of brambles. Set like a crooked crown near the top of a low hill.

Getting There

To minimize swimming through the brambles, take the Old Orchard Pass trail to it's east end at the Driftless horse trail. Go south 200-300 feet - the Good Day Governor boulder is back to your right, and visible in spring or fall. Find a spot where the brambles are not too intense.
