Description

Çatıkatı is a short to medium medium hight, vertical wall made up of pockets and conglomerate rock. This cliff ban is about 100 meters long and 15 to 20 meters tall. It is located on a balcony above Sister Cooking. The crag consist of 9+ routes with grades that range from 5c to 6c+ and all of these climbs share a spectacular view from this vantage point on the canyon wall.

Getting There

Çatıkatı is located on the north side of the canyon and sits up on a nice balcony above sister cooking. Use the upper parking lot and walk down valley for about 10 minutes. Hang a left after sister cooking and walk up a faint set of switchbacks for 25 meters. Scramble up a couple steep sections beneath some large boulders and you will arrive at the wall.
