Tower Butte is one of the most unusual and iconic land masses one will ever see. Sitting close to 5000 feet above sea level, this scenic destination is rich in lore and history. A muddier version of Devils Tower, this mound is actually located in Page, Arizona. Access from Lake Powell makes this butte accessible. A tower with an incredible 360 of Glen Canyon, Lake Powell, Padre Bay, and the Grand Staircase Escalante.

Getting There Suggest change

Located on the south shore of Lake Powell Navajo Park by Page,Arizona. This area sits near the border of Utah and Arizona. Approach via boat from Lake Powell, hike to these coordinates: 36°58'18.63"N, 111°18'33.93"W  A majority of the routes are located on SW side of formation.
