Due to the influx of climbers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the residents of the Hillcrest area have been suffering from substantial parking problems that, if left unchecked, may threaten access to the Vacaville Boulders.
Please utilize the alternative parking options listed under the “Location” sub section in the area description
Description
A small boulder with an overhanging face. Home to some of the hardest problems in the Woodcrest area. From looking at the PDF I couldn't figure out which holds are which on the left side of the boulder, so if someone knows and wants to add DNA and RNA, please do!
Getting There
Park on Woodcrest next to the yellow cattle gate. Hike up the gravel path until you come to another cattle gate on your right. Scramble over it and hike up the trail about 50 yards. There will be a faint trail heading to your right, leading to a cluster of four boulders. The DNA boulder is on the east side of this cluster and all the climbs are on the east face
