Description

Several lifetimes of rock climbing waits to be climbed (and developed) in the Cantabrian Mountain range and the Picos de Europa. A drive down Cantabria's 'Desfiladero de La Hermida' (The Hermida Gorge) reveals a jawdropping amount of high quality undeveloped limestone faces of all angles, heights, and orientations.

The climbing season in Cantabria is likely best in spring, summer, and autumn.
