Description

The Escarpment is an unusually straight cliff band with 14 routes, including sport, trad, and even a thin-crack route that started life as an aid line.The 2020 edition of Francis Haden's rock climbing guide to Hong Kong does not include the trad lines on The Escarpment.

Getting There

Continue on the paved trail past Quarantine Roof a short distance to the bottom of the stairs, step across a small gully on your right and follow the path to the wall visible through the forest.
