Getting There Suggest change

From the Douthitt parking area head eastward to the saddle on the south side of Douthitt Mtn. Just east of the saddle's high point go north (left) to a grassy meadow. From the meadow the dome structure of Douthitt Mtn reveals the top of wall of the Solar Cove on the right side of the dome's skyline. Proceed to and up the gully coming down southward from the wall. Approach time: 1/2 hr.
