Description
El Tocayo is shady before noon and then has full sun later in the day. A 60 meter rope is adequate for most routes. The left-hand side tends to be bolted happy, with a blocky sort of style, but generally it's continuous and fun. The central part tends to have the hardest routes. There are holds of all kinds from pinches to jugs to pockets on vertical walls. The right side has a series of super fun 'scoops,' huecos, and holes to worm around.
