Sugarloaf is a privately owned recreation area. The park is closed at night and the gate is locked. Allow enough time to pack, hike, and drive out the oneway road to the gate before it is locked.

Description

Large quartzite boulder with a couple of high quality problems.

Getting There

Follow directions to the North Overlook. As you come down the hill you should keep the boulders on your right-hand side until you are at the base of the boulders. Circle underneath the boulders for another 30 yards and you will come across a large boulder perched above the others. The first side you see will have Double Cup on the arete.
