Description
Palmeral is a nice looking wall of orange and grey limestone that faces southeast so it stays in the sun till mid afternoon. Most of the routes here are very long and some might even require a 100m rope!
Getting There
If driving into Chulilla from the south turn left onto Calle Proyecto 19 just before getting to the town and right after you pass a playground on the left. Follow this all the way down to the river and park at the obvious pullout right before a bridge. Walk across the bridge and take the trail to the right towards Cueva del Gollizno. Just before you reach the cave the trail will switch back uphill. Follow this and head right when you get near the wall. Approach time is approximately 25 minutes.
