At the Wadi Rum entrance complex is a Tourism Police office. If you are climbing at Wadi Rum, you are supposed to register with the police and give them a photocopy of your passport. Bringing a spare photocopy to give them saves some time, as they don't have a photocopier of their own.
Description
A large, 500 or so meter formation made popular by its soaring rock bridge at the top. The rock bridge is highly visible from the East side of Burdah. A scrambling route takes people up to the bridge from the west side of the formation. Climbers will likely climb the east face, descending to the rock bridge via rappel, and crossing it as part of their descent.
