Description

Himmelsburg is a large and beautiful climbing garden with compact water-eaten limestone. The section to the right offers perfect opportunity for beginniners and children. Routes at the left section are roughly 35 meters. So if done in single pitch, 70m ropes are a must. The rock face faces south and dries very quickly after raining.

Getting There

From the mountain station of the Alpspitzbahn, follow the hiking trail in the direction of the Hochalm Station. After the passage through the mountain, the wall will be immediately on the left. Follow the trail another 5 minutes and you will be at the base.
