Molar Tooth is a 7547' summit located on the ridge between Cutthroat Peak and Cutthroat Pass, at the head of the Cutthroat Lake drainage. There are a number of infrequently climbed routes.

There are two general approaches:

1) Via the PCT from the Rainy Pass trailhead
2) From Cutthroat Lake trailhead
