Description Suggest change

The Lost World is noticeable to anyone who has visited Devils Peak – it is the large slab below and to the left of the Main Wall. It is quite long by Hong Kong standards, but pint-sized relative to the Main Wall – the longest routes here are about 70’. The wall has grippy granite, hard starts, and an abundance of slopers and friction holds.

Getting There Suggest change

Approach time for the Lost World is much shorter than the Devils Main Wall, making it more amenable to a short session.  Walk up the cemetery road for about five minutes.  Shortly past the first roofed pavilion, you will see a triple set of stairs on the opposite side.

At the top of the stairs, turn left on a good trail.  Walk on the level trail, the crag will pass in and out of view.  After roughly five minutes, you should be right below the wall.  Turn right at the cairns, and you will be at the right side of the wall.

It is also possible to approach from the base of the Main Wall, but this involves bushwhacking, and is not recommended.
