Description

This wall is just to the right of The Co-op Area on the tall south facing wall. The climbs on the left are high quality easy slab climbing and the routes on the right are very good quality steep mixed climbing. It is difficult to set the upper routes up on TR and requires lots of scrambling both up and down to get to the chains. The routes on the lower level require very exposed traversing to get to the anchors. I suggest leading routes. This is a great place to bring a group of mixed abilities. A 60 meter rope is adequate but shorter ropes will not work.

Getting There

Park at the big lot on Granite Gardens Drive and walk to the south west end of the parking lot where a set of railroad tie steps lead uphill. Follow this social trail up to the slabs on the right. You can walk around the right side of the entire cliff crag on generally flat ground near the base of the cliff skirting the southern end. Follow the trail toward the obvious dihedral on the formation in the back, this is French Tickler. Instead of hiking up to French Tickler, bear more to the right, south and down into the ravine below. Sean's Wall is located in the ravine. It is on the south end of the French Tickler formation.
