Description Suggest change

The crag is sunny around midday and gets shadowy in the afternoon, although the belays are usually in the shade as there are several trees. Some routes can be found which have shadow during the entire day.  Aiguafreda is a mostly sandstone crag, making it a rarity among the limestone in Catalonia.

Getting There Suggest change

Get by car or train to Aiguafreda / Sant Martí De Centelles, from there you can either walk or drive up Carrer de Sant Joan. Caution: The road is loose gravel. You can park on top of the hill, the entrance to the climbing area is around 200m down the road from the parking space.
