Description

As viewed from the parking lot, Rolling Stone is the large crag directly below the Watch Tower and American Beauty. It has a prominent right facing dihedral on the ride side of the crag and an obvious flake/crack system right up the center. It is also one of the easiest approaches.

The crag is slightly steeper than most of Mortal Earth and there are many vertical or bulgy sections.

Getting There

Rolling Stone is best approached from a spur trail that leaves the main trail just behind Gateway Rock. Take a few short switchbacks up to the base of the crag.
