Description
Also known as The Four Sisters, this is old granite or gneiss, w/ crack and featured face climbing. Gets lots of sun, so can be climbed early and be hot in mid-summer. Ticks can be an issue May-June.
Getting There
The mountains are just northeast of Yellowstone. Access to the mountains are gained be traveling on the Montana Highway 78 to Roscoe, from either Columbus or Red Lodge. Go through Roscoe past the iconic Grizzly Bar then south over a dozen miles of asphalt then to gravel roads into the obvious canyon. Continue driving until below the obvious western towers are above you and crossing the East Rosebud Creek bridge. Park here to access the Ramp, Double Book Dome, Tower of Poor Rock,Tower of Innocence, much more.
