Getting There
Roughly a 20 minute walk with a lot of up and down. Don't be intimidated by the distance, it is worth the walk. From the parking lot, take to Inner Loop Trail via Pine Mesa Trail. Follow signs for Hades. From Hades Wall, drop down to Outer Mesa Trail turn right, go 100 yds then turn left on Two Bridges Trail towards Thieves Run area you will cross a couple bridges on your way to a fork in the trail where you will go right. Follow signs for Thieves Run and East Coast. Don't get discouraged as you make your way back into the woods - it's a long hike, but signage is good. Trails are wide and well-maintained, and though muddy in places were not difficult to negotiate even after it had rained all week.
