Description

This rock is an overhanging protrusion of sandstone standing near the Western entrance of the (now burned down) Meat Packing Plant along Rapid Creek, to the West of Executive Golf Course.

Vegan is good for pulling down on some interesting, and sometimes manufactured, pockets and edges. It is a place to workout when time is limited. However, with time, this rock has seen a lot of traffic, and even some hold destruction/construction has take place.

Getting There

From the M-Hill parking lot (where the sand volleyball courts are) walk along the sidewalk, across the bridge and Vegan will be the first rock you come across with wood chips at the base of the boulder. Hard to miss.
