Description
High quality granite boulders along Lewis Creek located 10 minutes outside of Oakhurst. If you don't have time to make it to The Valley consider a quick trip up to Lewis Creek.
Getting There
From the junction of Hwy 41 and 49 in Oakhurst drive about 7.3 miles NE on 41 towards Yosemite to the large Lewis Creek trailhead pullout on the right. From the parking area hike down the hill towards the river until you hit the main trail. You'll find high quality granite boulders along the river and trail both up and downstream from the parking area.
