Description
A few dozen problems on decent rock. Worth the hike to check out a few great bouldering areas on a beautiful creek.

Getting There
Head down the dirt access road on the left of the pullout past a forest service gate. Keep bearing left until you are prompted to cross Lewis Creek via rock hopping where there once used to be a nice log bridge before the fires and flooding (10/15/2018). Keep heading left (upstream, uphill) until you cross a small tributary stream, after which you immediately turn right and follow this tributary upstream following a currently invisible (again thanks to flooding & fires) climber's trail alongside the creek. The first set of boulders will be easily visible, and a couple other boulders just across the creek. "Explore further upstream for a killer highball on the left and then the Motherload boulder on the right. With some further exploration you may even find the very cool mine." We assume that the Motherload boulder is the boulder just across the creek about .2 miles upstream of the first bouldering area, with amazing face climbs and a decent looking overhung section. The "killer highball" may be a V0 slick wall over a weird slopey, bad landing, don't waste your chalk here. The mine is really cool and had artificial holds in the roof at one point...
