Description
Located along the northwest corner of the loop road is a short mountain that provides excellent views of Katahdin Lake and the Katahdin massif. While the bouldering options along the trail were limited, with additional scouting new problems are likely to present themselves.
Getting There
Same as the previous descriptions. If traveling clockwise around the loop road. At approximately 11.7 miles you will see stop 7, an old logging road that is gated with a pullout on the left. Park here and follow the road 1.5 miles by foot or bike before reaching the summit trailhead (foot traffic only from here). The summit is 0.8 miles beyond.
