Description

Frog Rock has some of the best cliff jumping and deep water soloing the river has to offer as well as being very easy to find.

It's sunny roughly between 10AM and 3PM during summer.
+ Lots of new route opportunities.

Getting There

Swim up the river starting at Lower Beach Wall, at the first bend the water gets deep, Frog Rock sits underwater in the centre of the river, you can stand on his head and assess the area from there.
