Description
Xon Xanquete is a short, remote and brutally overhanging crag out near the end of Cap Formentor. The scenery and drive out to it are beautiful, but the parking, approach and state of the hardware here leave something to be desired.
The area has around 30 routes, the tallest of which is about 60 feet. The difficulty of all but the most neglected lines along the edges begin at 7a (11+/12-).

Getting There
Follow the Cap Formentor road out to the 14km marker. This is literally only feet after coming out of the tunnel. There's a really sketchy pullout on the downhill side of the road that fits one car, or up the road and around a sharp turn is another pullout that can fit two. Between these two pullouts, hop the guard rail and proceed down the hill. It's a very short, steep almost-trail that leads down to the top of the crag. This will likely be marked with a large cairn. Skirt right and down around the edge of the cliff. When you get to the bottom of the cliff, hang a left and walk until you're inside the cave that is Xon Xanquete.
