Description

Gingee is an ancient town a couple hours from Chennai, and is famous for its hilltop fort, built by Chola rulers around the 13th century AD. Some bouldering and trad/top-rope lines are being established to the east of town.

From the Gingee-Tindivanama Highway turn south (left if going towards Gingee from Tindivanam), towards the village of Rajampuliyur. After a couple minutes down this road, turn right at a fork and head towards the rocks.
