Description
Lots of rock potential on the upper parts of Mt Mansfield. Much of this has seen prior ascents though not much info is available
NOTE: the upper ridge line of Mt Mansfield is a protected alpine zone and just like Camels hump Climbing isn't allowed on these rock features. The lower cliff bands around Cantilever Rock on the sunset ridge trail are below the tree line and outside of the protected area. Future development should only occur in area's outside the protected zone and below the tree line.

Getting There
The sunset ridge trail on the Underhill State Park side of Mansfield offers the quickest access to the climbing around Cantilever Rock. While there is tons of potential on the Mansfield ridge line most of it is in the "alpine" protected area. Best to stick to the rocks below tree line along the sunset ridge trail if interested in exploring this area.
