Description
This is a large boulder towards the northeast of the west side trail. It is a similar area as the Hardly Working Boulder. It has a number of potentially good problems.
Getting There
From the visitor center, head down to the Pond, and walk until you reach the old lodge. Take a left, and continue with the pond on your right until you reach the West Side trail (unmarked - you'll know when you reach it). Head up the west side trail, passing the West Side Boulder, until you see the Hardly Working Boulder in the woods to your left (just before the French Trailhead). Head right, off the trail, downhill, and you will see a large boulder a couple hundred feet in. Most of the good problems will be on the back side. You shouldn't miss it, but don't get lost. It may be easier to see from a hundred or so feet up the French Trail.
