Description

Gneiss rock with mostly vertical routes that have crimpy features with blocks and edges/ledges mixed-in. This area takes a beating from the sun (i.e., forest fire cleared the area) and is best to avoid at high noon in the dead of summer. This area is becoming less secluded with the (high density) residential development creeping up Chute Lake Road. The views from the crag can't be beat, and this area is a perfect choice for an after work session (minutes outside Kelowna and 3 mins. from the car).

Getting There

Drive up Chute Lake Road (through new residential development) and take a sharp left after you pass Heli-Pad on your left (approx. 40' face). The access road to the parking area climbs to the top of Heli-Pad. Lonely Boy is across the dirt road and up the hill <5 mins.
