Description

A short 10-15 minute approach leads to this group of assorted boulders. A variety of problems exist such as traverses, face climbs, slabs, and powerful aretes. Most of the landings are fairly good and flat.

Getting There

Park at the 2WD parking at the end of FS 114.1 which is located west of the Peaceful Valley and Camp Dick campgrounds.

Start hiking west on the St. Vrain 4X4 road until reaching the Buchanan Pass trail (within a few hundred feet of the parking area). Then follow the Buchanan Pass trail as is crosses the St. Vrain River and heads west along the north side of the river. The boulders are obvious on the right side of the trail and is less than 0.5 mile from the trailhead.
