I was wondering who we would contact if we want to try and get to some top rope climbs in Section 18? Our family goes to Eagle River often and is looking for a place to climb within a couple of hours. Any help would be great! Thanks! Jul 19, 2017

Area is open to public..ATT there is no signage or marked trails, so we are asking that climbers be mindful of private land owners not to ruin this for future use. This would mean climbers need to aware of public borders and access and or contact local climbers for beta.Benton Lake Rd,Norway,MI is the road we use to enter state land, we park under the power lines east of the climbs.
I see a need and will work on a map soon. SuperiorIceClimbingAdventures.com Apr 10, 2017
Is this area near being opened to the public? I'd love to get on some of this stuff this spring. Apr 10, 2017

Ben, there isn't very much for freestanding boulders, but there is a lot of short cliffs that you could put up tons of problems on. Apr 8, 2017
If someone wanted to look into the bouldering potential around here who would I want to get into contact with? Jul 8, 2016
