Access Issue: Green area and park zonage Details

Sort of a gray area situation where no one bats an eye as long as we keep the access from the bottom (not the top) and if too crowded (why would it be anyways), the municipality may ban the access.

Description

Basically a wind chill collector, gray area municipal land. Tons of sketchy choss (high potential for dry tooling in summer and mixed routes in winter). No one goes to this area.

Getting There

From downtown Ottawa, take the 417 then the 174 for about 20min. The face is obvious and right next to the 174. Finding a parking spot is an issue, you might have to park on the upper streets at your own risk.
