Description
This extraordinary spot, also called "Rocce della Baccanella", is just outside Pisa, with more than 100 routes spread over many crags.
Rock is limestone, and the quality is generally quite good. In some classic routes the rock is greasy and slick due to the use.
All the routes are nicely bolted (sport climbing) with fixed anchors too. Bolts are very close to each other (we are not in Yosemite!) and make the climbs pleasant and safe.
It is a typical destination during weekends, so expect crowds. In summer, temperatures during the day can be unpleasant, like the mosquitos at the base of the crags.
There is an excellent site containing pictures with tops of all the routes:

Getting There
From Pisa, go toward Pontasserchio, cross the Serchio river and turn right after the bridge, toward Avane. After 200 meters, park long the road on the left. Make sure to not leave any valuable in the car, in the past some window got broken and some radio got stolen. Once parked, walk on the obvious trail toward the crags. Depending on which sector you are interested in, keep the left or the right.
