Eagle Peak is the highest point on Eagle Mountain and is on the north end of the ridge. Easy access is found along most of the land west of the north end of Bear Gulch Rd 671 north of the east exit to Friend Park Campground. The west side base of the peak starts from a lower elevation and has some boulder fields with very large boulders that are not obvious when making such a choice as climbing Eagle Peaks west slopes.
