Access Issue: RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek Details

WET ROCK: Holds rip off and climbs have been and will continue to be permanently damaged due to climbers not respecting this phenomenon. After a heavy storm the rock will remain wet, sometimes for several days. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB IN MOAB during or after rain.

RAPTOR CLOSURES: please be aware of seasonal raptor closures. They occur annually in the spring.

Description

An absolutely super little tower in a super location with super views. the route has morning shade and afternoon sun. NO crowds and although close to the road, feels very secluded. the rock quality is good. the climb is... well, yes, you guessed it, SUPER!

Getting There

This tower sits in front of Little Canyon, though not technically in Day Canyon, this tower is often associated with it but instead should be considered in Little Canyon. Hike the wash of that canyon and cut up left at the first slabs. One 4th class move gains a ledge that skirts the cliff. once on the rim, head over to the tower. An enjoyable 30 minutes.
