Description Suggest change

There are several crags accessible from the same parking area. They are all within a 5 minute walk from the car and offer mostly easy to moderate routes, with the exceptional hard route occassionally. The exception is Welzenbach Gedenkwand, which has several difficult routes.

Getting There Suggest change

Drive to Kastl, which is "near" Amberg. From here, continue towards Schmidmühlen. After about 2km you'll find a large parking area on the right side. Come early, since this parking lot is used by fishermen, hikers, and bikers, as well as climbers. The GPS coordinates indicate this parking area.
