Getting There
This ridge runs from north east to southwest, with three main parking areas. See the SAC Ticino guide for all the details.
For one option, drive from Lugano to town of Sonvico, and then up to small village of Creda. There is a parking spot right before a restaurant ('grotto') at the top of the hill. Hiking along marked trail towards the Capanna Pairolo will take you towards the climbing, along the north-west side of the ridge.
Many small trails run up to the ridge. Route names on the base are very helpful in figuring out where exactly you are!
