Description Suggest change

The "loop" is a steep, rocky hillside with numerous small formations dotting it's western flank and summit. Routes here are short and on good rock although they seldom get done as most people pass them by on the way to the main area further up the trail. This area might be a nice diversion if you don't have a lot of time.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike about a 0.5 miles from the trailhead where the trail curves around the left side of a rocky hillside. A faint trail leads uphill to the various formations. Plan on 15-30 minutes for the approach depending upon the formation.
