Attention:
Don't climb on wet rock! Sandstone is a porous rock type that can absorb a lot of water. It can lose up to 75% of its strength while wet, making it easy to snap off holds and irreparably damage classic climbs. Wait 48 to 72hrs after precipitation. If the ground is still damp then the rock is still wet. A great way to check for precipitation history before traveling to Joe's is to go to this site-
climate.usu.edu/mchd/dashbo…
and under "Data Charts" click the "Precipitation" tab. Make sure the surface wetness is 0 before climbing.

Description
These 4 are the highest boulders at New Joe's. The view is spectacular, and these climbs are among the best at New Joe's. Well worth a visit for someone who has done all the other classics in the lower areas of New Joe's.
Getting There
From Nerve Damage, continue hiking up the wide large path that used to be a road. Follow two switchbacks, and keep an eye out for an obvious boulder on the left side of the road. This is Space Chubby. There are some v3-5 problems, as well as The Pocketeer. For Playtime is Over, keep walking, and look down to your right for a very large boulder. It's hard to spot, honestly. The easiest landmark I noticed was a large dead log on the right side of the trail almost directly above the Playtime is Over boulder.
To access Salsa Verde, continue up the large trail, and switchback into a rougher road. It will be more gravelly. Keep looking up to your right, and follow a small slide to Salsa Verde, which points towards the valley. The Edge and The Face are just another few minutes almost straight up from Salsa Verde. Look for a large, clean, gray blocky looking boulder. These two climbs face uphill.
