Description
I have not marked the trail yet, but it will be by mid-February. This is a great crag with quality routes. The rock is pretty good and makes cool features. The best feature on the rock is a 6 foot+ roof that stretches for 30 feet across the top. Since the cliff is south-facing, it gets great sun even through the winter and normally has little wind. Even from the bottom of the cliff there is a beautiful view of the entire valley. Try not to bother the local resident, I. E. Frank, the pack rat, who lives in the middle of Kisu's Phat.
Getting There
From US Highway 285 turn on to County Road 315, the road that the midland trail ends on. Continue on CR 315 until you hit the T in the road, and turn left. Then take the first left going downhill. Off this road, take the right side road in the middle of the clearing. This road leads to a small camp ground with a cairn marked trail to the top of the crag, rappel to the bottom or hike down to your left.
