Description

Perched high above the town of Ager, this South facing limestone cliff offers an amazing view, and is a great choice for cold days, those in search of less steep rock, or anyone looking to avoid crowds.

Although there are routes up to 13+, due to the angle of the rock, the most enjoyable routes are in the 5.8 to 12- range.

The climbs are mostly 60 to 100 feet long with a vertical start, a short roof encounter and then a long slab headwall. The climbing is very technical and involves small edges, and pockets. In general, the rock is good with the occasional loose flake or dirty section.

Getting There

From Llieda, drive North on C-13 until you reach Rubies. Drive a bit further then turn left on C-12 and drive until you reach Ager. Turn right at the firestation and continue up a steep, windy road past an star observatory. Eventually you will see a small field to your right with tire marks leading to the parking area. Follow the cairns downhill for about 5 minutes and you will find yourself at the left end of the area.
