Description

Expect lots of sun on this south-facing ridge. Several 3-pitch routes go up this mostly-clean granite buttress.

Getting There

February Buttress is located at the mouth of Tumwater Canyon, on the north side of the road, above Hobo Gulch. Park at one of the pullouts just after mile marker 99 (left or right side of the road). The trail from the road is obvious, and heads steeply up to the toe of the buttress. Approach time is about 10 minutes.
