if you start at the back of the tunnel, walk through the tunnel/cave and out the other side, the boulder in front of you (opposite the Devils Kitchen boulder) is the Reagan Boulder. walk to the right from the tunnel, and around the rear & left of the Reagan boulder to find the climbing.
